  • Barbara’s passion for cooking with seasonal, local ingredients has been a lifelong obsession. With nearly two decades of experience, she has created menus and curated events, including a vegan dinner for 300 and a unique East Austin wedding featured in Vogue.

    Her son, Max, has worked for MML Hospitality Group in the kitchens of Lambert's and Elizabeth Street Café. He has mentored with Chef Lou Lambert in Austin, Marfa, and Fort Worth. Additionally, he served as the Culinary Director for Millscale in Lockhart and Twisted X in Dripping Springs.

Barbara draws inspiration from chefs ranging from Yotam Ottolenghi to Francis Mallmann—bringing together vibrant vegetables, layered spices, and live-fire cooking when the setting calls for it. Menus range from refined and elegant to relaxed and rustic, always tailored to the style of your event.

  • Yes. We offer full-service staffing, including chefs (Barbara & Max), servers, and bartenders, and can coordinate all rentals—from flatware and linens to mobile fire grills and specialty decor.

  • Yes. We regularly collaborate with planners and venue coordinators to ensure events run smoothly. We’re also a preferred catering partner at select venues, including Laguna Gloria and Springdale Station, and have experience working in a wide range of spaces throughout Central Texas. If you’re still building your event team, we’re happy to recommend trusted planners, venues, and other partners.

  • We’re based in Austin and primarily serve Central Texas—but we love a road trip for the right occasion.
